CoreLayerAI is a Texas limited liability company based in San Antonio. In writing we are CoreLayer. This policy explains what we collect through corelayerai.com and what we do with it.

When you fill out a form on this site we collect what you enter. The growth audit request asks for your name, email, phone number if you add one, company, role, revenue range, number of employees, website and what prompted you to reach out. The partner referral form asks for your name, email and firm and for your client’s name, company and email. The application to join our bench asks for your name, email, LinkedIn profile, role and years of experience. The newsletter signup asks only for your email.

A partner who refers you gives us your name, company and email. We use them only to contact you about that referral. Tell us and we will delete them.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site. It records pages viewed, form submissions and clicks on booking links, along with general device, browser and location data. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps standard request logs that include IP addresses. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that each form submission comes from a person.

We use what you send us to reply to you, run the engagement you ask about, send the newsletter you signed up for and review applications to our bench. We use analytics to see which pages help visitors and to improve the site. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.

Form submissions are stored in our CRM, Twenty. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Newsletters go out through our email sending provider. These companies process data for us under their own security and privacy terms. We share information with anyone else only when the law requires it.

We keep form submissions and contact records while we have a business reason to, such as an open conversation or an active engagement. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email info@corelayerai.com and we will reply within 30 days. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
